JOHN J. KEICH, PRESIDENT  

With over two decades in the construction industry, John's experience includes high-level positions at several prominent development firms in Chicago. John has expertise in a variety of areas including acquisitions and entitlement, purchasing, construction, construction efficiency, scheduling and logistics, value engineering, and program management. As President of John James Construction, Inc., John's main focus is construction operations management, construction cost control and pre-construction feasibility. John's passion lies in urban renewal and redevelopment, he has been a vital part of many Chicagoland renewed neighborhoods.


DAVE DAMPTZ​

Mr. Damptz brings 20 years of construction management experience to the JJC team. He is a results-oriented hands on construction and development professional. His background includes successful completion of multi-million dollar projects from start to finish with input throughout the entire construction process. He specializes in multi unit residential with a background in design build throughout the Chicagoland area. He currently oversees all phases of construction activity at John James Construction, Inc. 


DAVID GUGGENHEIM 

Mr. Guggenheim received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy in 1982 from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. After obtaining his CPA license that same year, he worked in public accounting until 1985 when he left the field to join Chicago-based JMB Realty, the premier real estate syndicator of the 1970s and 1980s. He spent five years there ,  ultimately becoming a portfolio manager before accepting a position as Senior Financial Analyst and International Liaison in 1990 with The Prime Group. Since 1995 David has been controller and consultant. He brings with him a total of 30 years of accounting and finance experience in real estate development and institutional investment. He resides in Wilmette, Illinois with his wife and two children.

 

MARIA COLON  

Maria's degree in accounting has led her to career experiences in the manufacturing, and advertising, with her main focus over the last 17 years has been in the construction industry.  She effectively communicates with construction & project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors & banking affiliates to manage draw requests, change order processing and insurance compliance.  She is also responsible for contract and purchase order management. ​​
